Nan Alison Sutter Hayworth (born December 14, 1959) is the former U.S. Representative for . She was elected to that position in 2010 as a member of the Republican Party. In 2012, Hayworth lost her reelection bid to former Clinton White House staff secretary Sean Patrick Maloney. In 2014, she lost a re-match with Maloney.

Nan Alison Sutter was born on December 14, 1959 in Chicago〔(【引用サイトリンク】title=Representative Nan Alison Sutter Hayworth (R-New York, 19th) – Biography from )〕 and was raised in Munster, Indiana, to parents who were both World War II veterans. Her mother immigrated to the United States from England in 1948. A graduate of Munster High School, she went on to graduate from Princeton University and then Cornell University Medical College, after which she trained in ophthalmology at Mount Sinai Hospital, New York. She first worked in a solo practice and in 1996 joined the Mount Kisco Medical Group.〔(Hayworth biodata ), hayworth.house.gov; accessed October 29, 2014.〕
